Scope of Work:

Review and analyze the latest status of the Plant’s three CFB boilers / Flue Gas Desulphurization units. Calculation model of thermal and flue gas flow characteristics. Optimization thermal model according boiler & FGD data performance and operation data. Assessment of operational conditions at the flue gas path refractory locations and possible impact into the refractory lifetime – identification of critical design features based on the thermal calculation model outcomes. Boiler design input data for flue gas path refractory adaptation. Boiler design input data for flue gas path heat surfaces adaptation against corrosion and erosion. Identification of critical heat surfaces design features based on the thermal calculation model outcomes. Balancing output data on fuel flow, fly ash flow and flue gas flow based on input fuel quality
